Delete your Practice ENT account

And everything stored against it.

You can do this yourself, in the app, without asking anyone. It takes about ten seconds and happens immediately.

What gets deleted

All of it, permanently:

• Your name, email address, WhatsApp number, institute and city.
• Every answer you have given, and the progress and accuracy figures built from them.
• Your saved questions, your notes, and any questions you reported.
• Your mock exam papers and results.
• Your subscription history.
• Your devices.

This cannot be undone. There is no grace period and no backup we can restore you from. If you have paid for access, deleting the account ends it with no refund — so if you only want to stop using the app for a while, simply stop. Nothing is lost by leaving it alone.

What we keep

A line in our administrative log recording that an account was deleted and when. Once the account is gone, that line does not identify anybody.

If you cannot sign in

Write to [email protected] from the email address on the account, asking us to delete it. We will confirm it is you, delete the account, and reply to say it is done — within 30 days, and usually the same week.
