Practice ENT · last updated 14 October 2026
Practice ENT is a question bank for ENT surgical trainees. This page says exactly what the app stores about you, why, who else sees it, and how to get rid of it. It is written to be read rather than to be defensible, so if anything here is unclear, write to us and we will fix the wording.
Practice ENT is operated by Result Pedia. For anything in this policy, including a request to see or delete your data, write to [email protected].
| What | Why |
|---|---|
| Name, email address | To create and identify your account, and to let you sign in. |
| WhatsApp number | It is how we reach you about your access — an expiring subscription, a device that needs moving. It is not used for marketing and is not shared. |
| Gender, institute or hospital, city | Asked at sign-up. A person reads every trial request, and where you train is how we tell a genuine trainee from a speculative sign-up. |
| Your answers | Which question, what you chose, whether it was right, how long it took. This is the product: it draws your progress chart, decides which questions are still unseen, and builds your revision list. |
| Notes you write | Shown back to you against the question. Nobody else reads them. |
| Questions you report | The reason and anything you add. An administrator reads these to correct the question bank, and can see which account sent them. |
| A device identifier | A random value the app generates on first run. It is not your phone's serial number, advertising id, or anything that identifies you outside this app. It exists to enforce the device limit on your plan. |
Administrators of Practice ENT, and nobody else. We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not pass it to other companies for their own purposes. It is stored on our hosting provider's servers, which is the only third party involved, and they process it only to run the service.
Your account and everything attached to it stays until you delete it. Delete your account and it is removed immediately and permanently — your answers, your notes, your devices, all of it. There is no recycle bin and we cannot restore it afterwards.
We keep an administrative log of actions taken in our admin panel, such as correcting a question. After an account is deleted, those lines no longer identify anyone.
In the app: Account → Delete account.
Or ask us to do it at /delete-account.
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at [email protected]. We will answer within 30 days.
Everything travels over HTTPS. Passwords are stored hashed with Argon2id and cannot be read by us — when somebody forgets theirs, we generate a new one rather than look the old one up. Access is tied to a limited number of devices per plan.
Practice ENT is made for postgraduate medical trainees and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
If this policy changes in a way that affects what we collect or who sees it, we will say so in the app rather than quietly updating this page.
